Our Dispute Resolution practice represents renowned national and international clients in court proceedings, arbitration proceedings and advises on out-of-court dispute resolution.

The team has long-standing and international experience in the resolution of complex conflict situations. Our lawyers are specialized in advising on and representing clients in national and cross border legal disputes. We distinguish ourselves through our extensive and well-founded economic know-how and represent clients from all economic sectors as well as private clients.

Litigation and arbitration as well as alternative dispute resolution require an individual and tailor-made solution for the respective conflict situation. We constantly keep an eye on fulfilling this key task.

Our Dispute Resolution lawyers provide support from the very beginning: In the course of pre-litigation settlement attempts, in risk analyses as well as in the development of sound, cost-effective solutions and expedient strategies. We regularly represent our clients before national courts, European courts and administrative authorities. We also have many years of experience with national and international arbitration proceedings under all leading institutional rules. In addition, we support and advise our clients in alternative dispute resolution procedures and out-of-court settlements. Our dispute resolution team also assists our clients in the prosecution of claims, in execution proceedings as well as in the enforcement of foreign judgments in Austria.

The Dispute Resolution practice works closely with our other practice groups in order to bundle the expertise of our specialists to resolve disputes, in particular in labour law proceedings (together with our Employment and Labour Law practice), real estate law proceedings (together with our Real Estate practice), disputes with corporate law background (together with the Corporate Law practice) or banking contract law background (together with the Banking and Finance practice) as well as in debt collection and collateral realization (together with the Restructuring and Insolvency Law practice).
