"MUST-KNOWS" in Competition/Antitrust Law 2017/18

On 22 March 2018, Isabella Hartung (Barnert Egermann Illigasch, Vienna) and Axel Schulz (White & Case, Brussels) presented last year's highlights of competition/antitrust law to interested company representatives.

In the course of an evening event on the premises of Barnert Egermann Illigasch, headed "MUST-KNOWS" IN COMPETITION/ANTITRUST LAW 2017/18, the latest developments in legislation, case law and practice in Austria and at EU level were discussed. Amongst the topics figured the Amendment of the Austrian Cartel Act and Competition Act 2017, the Federal Competition Authority's Guidelines on Dawn Raids, the FCA's online-tool for whistleblowers and landmark-judgements of the ECJ such as Intel and Coty.
